Whenever you hear the words “Congressional Country Club,” you know it’s going to be good. Well, not just good…the BEST. Today’s final wedding was held last September at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Virginia. The bride selected two beautiful hues for her color palette — cranberry red and deep purple, accented with just a hint of gold.

As we all know, September in D.C. is still very warm. Though it is also post-Labor Day, so if you’re a traditionalist, white is out.
Check out these halter-style dresses from Intermix. The top left print is my favorite, though the bottom left chocolate matte jersey number is also very chic. The blue is bold and very stunning; and the grey is safe and so pretty. Any of these halter styles would be so fun for a September D.C. wedding!
