Have you had a chance to swoon over Julianne Smith’s garters? I love that each one is made by hand — with extra care and attention from Julianne.
So…you must have a favorite garter by now — and we want to know about it!
I’m so excited to announce that Julianne Smith is giving away one of her garters to a lucky District Weddings reader! Just leave a comment with your name and your favorite garter (and maybe why you like it, if you’re feeling talkative) — We’ll leave the contest open until the middle of next week, and we’ll select a winner randomly.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to flaunt a fabulous garter on your wedding day! Hop on over to Julianne’s website and let us know your favorite!

I simply adore the White Grosgrain w/ Tiffany Blue Feathered Satin Strip Garter {Style #210}. I love how it’s in my favorite Tiffany Blue color, and still incorporates the “Something Blue”. Julianne Smith does a beautiful job, it was hard to pick one! :) Thank you for doing this fun giveaway.
You’re so right! It’s hard to pick just one!
The traditional garters are gorgeous! And style #312 is especially fun with the polka dots!
I love the idea of a custom garter! That has distracted me from all of the other options!
Love style #309! It’s got the sweet & naughty thing going on!
i love style #303. it is perfect and simple!
I’m a bridesmaid and I think number 304 is going to be the perfect shower gift for my best friend! It’s got her something blue, and the ivory matches her dress :) love!
#304 is classic and lovely! It feels traditional and modern at the same time. Thanks Devon and Julianne for sharing with us!
I posted on the wrong blog entry ….
“Love, love, love style # 308. Something fun/unique but flirty about the polka dots. Plus my colors plan to be black, white, and hot pink … so this one is just perfect!”
My favorite color is pink, so my favorite is of course: white grosgrain with light pink satin bow
