Bridal gowns are not true to size. Your “bridal size” can be several sizes larger than your “street size.” For example, if you are usually a size 4, your bridal size will likely be a size 8 or 10. To further complicate things, every designer sizes differently, so be sure to try on the dress, even when buying a sample gown.
