Our dream was for it to be traditional yet modern; detail oriented and completely our style. Our wedding was magical, timeless, luxurious and fun! Our crystal chuppah that also served as a gorgeous centerpiece above the dance floor, is something we will never forget. The STUNNING floral wall that served as the backdrop during our ceremony and then for the band during the reception, was a personal favorite. Guests were trying to guess the total number of flowers!
The reception was certainly one of our favorite moments of the night – three different floral centerpieces dripping with ivory blooms atop sequined linen tables and mirrored top tables with gold pedestals. Perfect lighting complete with pinspotting to accent each centerpiece, the cake, the crystals, it all! Our wedding logo featured throughout, on the custom white dance floor, etched into the backs of the bride/groom ghost chairs, the cocktail menus, and more!
Even though we wish we could go back to our wedding day and do it all over again, we are so grateful that we have the most stunning photos/video from the wedding so that we are able to relive it all the time! Truly a night to remember and a fairytale having only just begun… -Barak & Danai
Special Moments: I wore my mom’s veil for photos, she showed it to me months before we realized how perfect it matched my dress and it made for a sentimental moment!

“I’ve always adored the Cosmos Club for formal Washington, DC weddings. It’s a stunning ballroom with a distinct European feel. It’s as if you’ve stepped into a ballroom in Paris,” said photographer, Jennifer Domenick, with Love Life Images.
For Alexis and Harrison, the Cosmos Club did just that. This stunning venue provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening. It was the ideal location for their simple and intimate ceremony followed by a beautiful reception. The reception lavished in golds and glitter, creating a boutique environment for all those in attendance. Surrounded by loved ones and with the help of an amazing vendor team, Alexis and Harrison were overwhelmed with joy throughout their big day.

Bride + Groom: Alexis and Harrison – March 22, 2014
Jen and Chris wanted to have a “DC” wedding that everyone would enjoy – and without a doubt, they succeeded in creating a memorable and fun celebration for all! The romantic understated look was filled with white flowers by Amaryllis, simple white table settings, a patterned green table linen, and oodles of candles.
The National Museum of Women in the Arts allowed the couple to have multiple spaces to create separation and movement throughout the wedding; the ceremony on the first floor, the cocktail hour on the third floor with the exhibits, the dinner on the mezzanine, and then dancing on the first floor.
