Debby and Branden were married a few months ago at the St. Regis and their wedding was full of personal style! A. Dominick Events teamed up with the couple on the design and plans and, lucky for us, Rob Garland Photographers was there to capture the big day!

Spring Wedding by A. Dominick Events
Last May, A. Dominick Events worked with Sarah and Ian to plan their eco-chic, classic with a twist of modern, incredibly lovely wedding. I am beyond obsessed with their big day!!
The couple considered every detail - from how to make environmentally conscious paper decisions to giving local farmer’s market filled welcome gifts to the pulling the perfect place setting – this wedding was full of charm and personality!
Holiday Wedding
Today’s wedding is beyond incredible…as in, I am super obsessed with the beautiful bride, the handsome groom, the breathtaking venue, the holiday decor, the thoughtful photography by Jay Premack…ooo I could go on and on…but, instead, I will let you see for yourself!
As you count down the days until the long weekend, here is a little something to brighten up your Tuesday! Hold on to your seats!
Four Seasons Wedding
Today’s Real Wedding is a perfect example of a wedding that embraces the season, personal taste and a fabulous DC venue. Claire Sullivan and Harlow Voorhees were married last October at the splendid Four Seasons of Washington, DC. Rick from Amaryllis worked closely with the bride and her mother, Lila, to design a look that was unique and embraced the time of year.
The autumn color palette, the moss, the full blooms – wow, I LOVE it! The ceremony took place in the Dahlgren Chapel in Georgetown.
If you have been lucky enough to dine at the Four Seasons, you know that their food is out of this world. On the night of Claire and Harley’s wedding, over 300 guests dined on a quadrant plate menu, that included Crabcake with Vegetables slowly Poached in Olive Oil, Bell Pepper Roue and Micro Greens; Slow Cooked Short Ribs with Celery Root Puree & Whole Baby Heirloom Carrots; Korean BBQ Shrimp with Tropical Fruit Salad, Chili Oil; Mushroom Carpaccia with Tomato Brunoise & Micro Greens Garnish – YUM!
The service was a la minute so everything happened in real time.
The dessert was a tasting portion of the bride’s favorite of traditional apple crisp with Four Seasons flair of housemade cinnamon ice cream. Later in the evening, the hotel served traditional wedding cake. And, guests got down to one of the best bands in town, Sound Connection by Andy Kushner Entertainment.

Weddings at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. III
I am truly loving every picture of this gorgeous affair. Regeti’s Photography did such a stellar job of capturing the mood, the lighting, and the incredible table.
The amazingly talented crew over at Party Rental Ltd designed this tablescape. The linens are green and brown stripe, with gold and bronze accents in the charger, water glass, and napkin ring. The overall look is so chic, so glam, yet so approachable.
I had always known the food at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. was incredible, but now that Chef Eric Ripert is creating the menus, the cuisine is truly spectacular.
These photos are just a taste of what The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. has to offer. Give them a call to find out more — ask for Debrajean Overholt. After one conversation with her, you’ll want her to plan your entire wedding! She’s simply the best.
