Valentine’s Day is just days away and although I like to keep my own celebration low-key, with a home-cooked meal and wine, I must say that this special offer from Thornwillow at the St. Regis is getting me in the V-day spirit!
The St. Regis Washington, D.C recently announced a unique partnership with Thornwillow Press, the limited edition publisher, bespoke stationer, and custom bookbinder. Positioned in the grand lobby of the Washington hotel, Thornwillow at The St. Regis will serve as an unexpected boutique and “invisible store.”
As a Valentine’s Day special, they will offer complimentary calligraphy by Pat Blair (who has worked on calligraphy for the White House since 1997) that day on any Thornwillow stationery cards or items purchased. The library will be open from noon through the evening and Pat Blair will be there from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. What a way to jazz up your love notes and gifts!
