As the Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at MarcParc Valet you have taken the company from its beginnings to become a leader in the valet parking industry – what do you think are the key components to your growth and success?
Our success has come from knowing that we are only as good as our last event. We make sure to keep the clients priorities in mind in every aspect of conducting our business from initial contact through the event all the way to event follow-up.
How do you set up and prepare for an event?
Our #1 priority is to have a proper parking plan in place. This is done by securing a safe, off-street parking location and ensuring that the flow of traffic will be smooth. If the valet operation is not even noticed, then it has been flawless.
What do you take into mind to make sure everything goes smoothly?
We always keep the clients needs at the forefront of our minds. It is crucial to approach every event as if we were the client.
