Veils of Great Lengths, Part II

Even though a veil is just a piece of fabric, it has the power to transform a bride on her wedding day!  Veils are available in various styles and lengths.  When choosing your veil, make sure that it complements your dress and your wedding style.  If your dress is very ornate, it is better to keep your veil simple (you don’t want to distract from your gorgeous dress!).  However, if your dress is simple, a veil is a great way to add embellishments to your attire.  You can select veils with lace, silk edges, gold edges, pearl beading, rhinestone beading or embroidery.

Veils come in so many different lengths: blusher, fingertip, elbow-length, chapel, semi-cathedral and cathedral.

With so many to choose from, the most popular choices are fingertip and chapel length.  Fingertip veils are among the most popular because they can be worn with any dress and at any occasion!  Chapel length veils are floor length and they always create a beautiful and dramatic effect.  The proper length for a chapel veil is for it to extend 6 inches past your train.

Look at these stunning chapel and fingertip veil shots…gorgeous!
