For a fun and unique bridal shower, why not do something more than just a meal? Taking a limo ride out of the city to explore the historic Fredrick located not far from D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore certainly fits the bill. Not only does Fredrick offer beautiful historic buildings and unique shops for an afternoon of fun, it is also home to VOLT restaurant which is housed in a 19th Century brownstone mansion.
The restaurant has a distinctive ambience that combines Victorian elegance with contemporary, urban sophistication. VOLT offers an array of event spaces, which can accommodate anywhere from 12 to 200 guests, and an expert event planner is available to help you every step of the way.
Several different spaces are available for showers, ranging from a room showcasing local artists’ work to an outdoor patio with beautiful gardens. One of our favorite spots on the property is the contemporary Chef’s Kitchen Dining Room which can accommodate up to 16 guests seated. In this spot guests have the opportunity to observe cuisine in creation by Chef Voltaggio and his talented kitchen staff.

No matter where you choose to host the party, VOLT features Modern American cuisine with seasonal entreés that showcase classic flavor combinations prepared with fresh, local, sustainable and organic ingredients. Each of the dishes will be planned based on the season in which the event will be taking place. In addition to seasonal dishes VOLT offers seasonal cocktails and delectable wine pairings.
